We are pleased to announce that Loyalty Juggernaut has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).
ISO/IEC 42001 is an international standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the responsible management of AI systems.
This certification demonstrates Loyalty Juggernaut’s commitment to responsible AI governance, AI risk management, transparency, accountability, security, and continual improvement across the AI lifecycle.
The certification further strengthens our existing security, privacy, and compliance framework and provides our customers with additional assurance regarding the governance and responsible use of AI within Loyalty Juggernaut.
